You’ll drive continuous improvement in learning programs and centre culture, working closely with your Leadership Team comprising the Relationship Manager, Education Leader, Operations Manager, and Quality Manager. With the support of our central Support Office, you’ll stay focused on what matters most: education, people, and impact. As a Lead Educator, you will inspire and guide your team, creating a space where both children and adults grow together. You will design meaningful environments that spark curiosity and expand young minds, while championing every child's rights and celebrating childhood as a vital stage of life. By partnering with families and honouring them as a child's first and most important community, you help build strong, supportive relationships. Above all, you will uphold excellence by embedding national early childhood principles in every aspect of your work. As an Educator, you will work alongside families and a passionate team to support every child’s early education. You will respect and nurture each child's voice and individuality.
