Your Role

As a Co-Educational Leader, you will play a key role in guiding pedagogy, inspiring educators, and leading the creation of meaningful learning experiences for children. Working collaboratively with the Centre Director and wider leadership team, you will support educators to deliver high-quality programs while fostering a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement. You will; 

• Champion the approved learning frameworks and drive program quality
• Collaborate with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to ensure holistic care
• Support and mentor educators to elevate learning outcomes for every child
• Foster a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement
