Your Role

As a non-contact Educational Leader, you will guide pedagogy, inspire your team, and lead the creation of meaningful learning experiences. You will:

• Champion the approved learning frameworks and drive program quality
• Collaborate with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to ensure holistic care
• Support and mentor educators to elevate learning outcomes for every child
• Foster a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement

• A full-time Centre Director focused on business performance
• A full-time Relationship Manager supporting enrolments and family engagement
• Ongoing guidance from Operations and Quality Managers

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification), or working towards it
