Your Role

As a Centre Manager, you will:

• Inspire, coach, and lead your team to create a high-performing, happy workplace
• Build strong partnerships with families and local community
• Keep operations running smoothly, rosters, budgets, resources, and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement in learning programs and centre culture
• Collaborate with your Leadership Team: Relationship Manager, Educational Leader, Operations Manager, and Quality Manager
• Focus on what matters most (education, people, and impact) with support from our central Support Office

About You

You are a strong, values-led leader who:
