The Role – Lead Educator

• Inspire & guide your team, creating a space where children and adults grow together
• Design Meaningful Environments that spark curiosity and expand young minds

• Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or studying)
• A commitment to child and cultural safety
• An understanding of reporting obligations
• A collaborative, inclusive approach
